How long does a smile makeover take?

It should not, and if it does, something has gone wrong in the planning. Tooth shape, size, shade and symmetry are all set against your own face rather than to a standard template, and shade in particular is easy to take too far. You will see the plan and the simulation before any work starts, and that is the point to say if it looks too white or too uniform for you.

What are the benefits of a smile makeover?

A smile makeover usually does three things at once.

Appearance is the obvious one. Discolouration, misalignment, chips, gaps and worn edges get dealt with together rather than one at a time.

Confidence tends to follow, and for most people that is the real reason they come in.

Some of the treatments involved, alignment in particular, also improve function. A corrected bite can make eating more comfortable and makes the teeth easier to keep clean.

How long does composite bonding take?

It depends how many teeth are being treated. Two or three can usually be done in one visit of an hour or two. A full upper arch takes longer and is sometimes split across two appointments.

I was not by any means expecting perfection, just something better than what I had, but perfection is exactly what I got.
I had some veneers and implants done. Now I cannot stop smiling.
Specifically, I cannot thank Dr.Eassun and his assistant Lauren enough for not only giving me a perfect smile but also oodles of confidence and also putting up with an occasional tantrum of mine. He stuck with me and made sure I was looked after and happy with the end result.

From the very beginning, she has been incredibly patient and always happy to go at my pace, which made such a difference to my confidence and comfort. She took the time to clearly explain all of my options, was very informative throughout, and never once pushed any treatment that she didn’t genuinely feel would benefit my teeth repair and improvement journey.

My treatment started with a root canal, and from there all the way through to the end of my Invisalign treatment, Dr Shivali has been amazing. She’s not only highly skilled, but also so friendly and reassuring — she really puts you at ease and makes every appointment feel far less daunting.

If I ever need any more dental work in the future (hopefully not!), I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Dr Shivali at Zen. She will always be my first choice.
